Ordering and payment

Our products are supplied by Flexiridge Limited trading as Premium UFH. Prices are in pounds sterling and the displayed customer prices include applicable taxes; the VAT breakdown will be confirmed on the invoice. Delivery is additional and shown before you order.

A pro-forma checkout submission is an unpaid order request. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance or payment. We check the supplied specification, availability and delivery arrangements and send an itemised invoice. The contract is formed when we expressly confirm acceptance of your order. Payment is due before dispatch unless we separately agree otherwise in writing. We will not substitute products or increase an agreed price without your agreement. If a material listing error or supply issue prevents acceptance, we will explain it and return any payment received.

What a heating pack includes

Only the items and quantities listed for the selected pack or in the accepted quotation are included. Room-area labels are planning references, not guarantees of heating output. The correct heat-loss calculation, circuit routing, floor assembly, insulation, controls and heat-source compatibility must be established for your installation. We can help assemble a specification, but supplied components alone are not an installation or commissioning service. Use competent installers and current manufacturer instructions.

Your order, delivery and remedies

Premium UFH is responsible for the goods we sell even where a supplier dispatches them directly. Goods remain at our risk until delivered to you or your nominated recipient, subject to the rules for a carrier you independently appoint. See our delivery and returns information for charges, timings, cancellation and faulty goods. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Business customers

If separate trade terms are required, we will supply and agree them before accepting the order. They do not retrospectively remove consumer rights. Contact us first about any dispute; these terms do not restrict a consumer's mandatory protections or right to bring proceedings in the appropriate court.
