UK Delivery & Returns

UK delivery

Delivery is £72 per order to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The charge is shown before you complete checkout. British Forces/BFPO, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man require an individual delivery quotation and are not included in this checkout service.

Availability and dispatch

We source complete systems around the order. Tube, hardware and boards may arrive in separate consignments; Premium UFH remains your point of contact for the whole order. Product photographs do not establish immediate stock availability.

With the pro-forma invoice option, checkout creates an unpaid order request. We confirm the supplied items, availability and dispatch arrangements before sending payment details. Do not pay until you receive the invoice. We will agree any delivery period longer than 30 days before accepting the order; otherwise delivery will be within 30 days of acceptance. Please do not book installation until delivery is confirmed.

Receiving your order

Tell us about restricted access, stairs or an unloading constraint before accepting a pallet delivery. We will confirm the delivery arrangements for your order. Please check the contents and tell us about damage, missing items or delivery problems as soon as practical. Photographs help us resolve a problem, but do not replace or limit your consumer rights.

Changing your mind

If you buy as a consumer online, you can cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. For an order delivered in parts, the period starts when you receive the last part. Tell us by email, letter or the contact form, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You may inspect them as you could in a shop.

You pay the direct return cost for a change of mind. You can arrange your own suitable return service, or ask us to arrange collection for £72 per order within our standard UK delivery area. Contact us for the correct return destination before dispatch: components can come from different locations. The registered office is not our goods-return warehouse. We will provide a return address promptly; contacting us does not remove or shorten your cancellation rights.

We refund the returned goods and the standard outward delivery charge for a full cancellation. We may deduct a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. There is no statutory cancellation restocking fee. Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back or receiving evidence you sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Custom goods and faults

Only genuinely made-to-specification or personalised goods may fall outside the change-of-mind right; we will identify that exception before you order. Standard coil lengths and standard packs are not automatically custom goods merely because we source them for your order.

For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, contact Premium UFH. We arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable agreed return costs. Your statutory rights apply, including the short-term right to reject faulty goods where applicable. Manufacturer warranties are additional to those rights. A tube design-life statement is not a lifetime retail warranty.

Optional cancellation notice

To Flexiridge Limited trading as Premium UFH: I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods: [goods]. Order number: [number]. Ordered on / received on: [dates]. Consumer name and address: [details]. Date: [date]. Signature, if sent on paper: [signature]. You can instead send any other clear statement that you wish to cancel.
